We will explain the operation here in the case of the palm, but in some cases the procedure can also be applied to the area of ​​the wrist joint. It depends on where exactly the wire tube bundle is located. This is because, with the help of resin, it connects the individual wire tubes, which give the hands flexibility and which we want to replace when damaged.

  • For an effective operation (here is a link to the photo documentation), we need to prepare all the tools and place the sex doll in a stable position. First, we need to use a surgical knife to cut the silicone layer to create access for the drill to the area. We then can use the drill (or with the help of curved scissors) to drill the resin that holds the group of wire tubes in a casing. Then we separate or cut the individual wire tubes from each other. This is a very precise task and we must be careful not to damage the case or the silicone itself with the drill.
  • After dividing the tubes, we pull them out of the bundle from both the fingers and the case. We also thoroughly vacuum the entire case and clean it of any remaining resin crumbs. At this stage, the case should be completely empty and ready for the insertion of new wire tubes.
  • Once this is done, it is necessary to install all new wire tubes in the case ideally with the help of resin glue. Before gluing, however, we must make sure that the tubes are correctly placed in the individual fingers so that they are not too long or sticking out and that the finger does not pierce through the silicone. On the other hand, they may be too short and the finger would not hold. We must make sure that the wires / tubes are covered with a thin layer of carpet before being placed in the fingers, which we apply with a small amount of glue. As a result, the wires in the silicone finger will hold firmly.
  • After a complete successful replacement of the wire tubes, we must seal the crack in the palm or wrist, which is achieved with glue, TPE solvent or solder. The procedure here is the same as for skin repair. Simply coat the walls of the crack slightly with TPE glue, press together and wait about 30 seconds for the glue to work. What to watch out for?

When repairing limb mobility, we strongly recommend that you do not rush. Definitely don’t use a lot of TPE glue when gluing a damaged area, as the glue eats away the material. Anyway, consider asking an expert to repair your sex doll. It can often cost you less.
